ALIZCE USA is committed to providing high-quality cosmetic products and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy outlines our procedures and your rights under California law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Return Eligibility<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

2.1 Eligible Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Subject to the conditions listed in Section 2.2 (Non-Eligible Items), the following items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Eyelashes (unopened, in original sealed packaging);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Accessories (eyelash tweezers, lash curlers) \u2013 unopened, in original packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Eyelash adhesives \u2013 unopened, in original sealed packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    To be eligible for return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all tags and labels intact;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2.2 Non-Eligible Items \u2013 Health and Hygiene Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, in accordance with California Civil Code \u00a7 1723(b) and applicable health regulations governing cosmetic products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Lip Products (lipsticks, lip glosses, liquid lipsticks): Once opened or with seal broken, lip products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, consistent with California law exceptions for goods that “cannot be resold due to health considerations”;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Any cosmetic product that has been opened, used, tested, or has a broken seal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items marked “Final Sale” or “All Sales Final” at the time of purchase;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items returned without original packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items damaged by the customer after delivery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Customized or personalized items received as ordered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Gift cards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Pre-order items that have been delivered as described (unless defective).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. Return Process<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

        To initiate a return, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery: Email info@alizceusa.com with subject line “Return Request \u2013 Order #[your order number]” or call +1 (408) 876-0642;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 3\u20135 business days;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and write your RMA number on the outside of the package;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Ship the item to the return address provided by our Customer Service team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5\u201310 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ALIZCE USA is not responsible for lost return shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4. Refund Options<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

          4.1 Approved Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Upon receipt and inspection of an eligible returned item, ALIZCE USA will process one of the following, at your option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Full Refund: Refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Store Credit: Credit applied to your ALIZCE USA account equal to the full purchase price, valid for 12 months;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Exchange: Exchange for a different size, style, or product of equal or lesser value (you will receive a gift card for any balance difference).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            4.2 Refund Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Refunds will be processed within 5\u201310 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3\u201310 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            4.3 Partial Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            ALIZCE USA reserves the right to issue a partial refund for items that are returned in a condition that is not fully original (e.g., slight packaging damage not caused by shipping).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

            If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Emailing info@alizceusa.com with subject “Defective\/Damaged Item \u2013 Order #[your order number]”;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Including photos of the defective or damaged item and packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              ALIZCE USA will cover all return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. This right is in addition to any rights you have under California’s implied warranty provisions (California Civil Code \u00a7 1791 et seq.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              \u26a0 CALIFORNIA IMPLIED WARRANTY NOTICE<\/strong>   All ALIZCE USA cosmetic accessories (tools, tweezers, curlers) that are not consumables are covered by an implied warranty of merchantability for 60 days from purchase (Cal. Civil Code \u00a7 1791.1). If a product has a written warranty, the implied warranty lasts as long as the written warranty, up to one (1) year. If a product cannot be repaired to fix any defect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under California law.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

              6. Shipping Delays and Order Cancellations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

              ALIZCE USA complies with California Business and Professions Code Section 17538 regarding online vendor disclosure obligations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • If your order cannot be shipped within the disclosed timeframe, we will notify you by email within 1 business day of the delay;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • You will have the option to: (a) maintain the order at the new estimated shipping date; or (b) cancel the order for a full refund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Cancellation requests for orders not yet shipped may be submitted to info@alizceusa.com;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Once an order has shipped, the return process described in Section 3 applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                7. Pre-Orders<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                For pre-order products, the following cancellation and refund rules apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • To cancel a pre-order, contact us at info@alizceusa.com;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Once a pre-ordered item ships, the standard return policy (Sections 2\u20134) applies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are disclosed at the time of purchase and are subject to change; material delays will be communicated by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  8. Exchanges<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                  ALIZCE USA offers exchanges for eligible items (see Section 2.1) within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Follow the return process outlined in Section 3;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Indicate your exchange preference (product, size, color\/style);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Exchanges are subject to product availability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • If the exchange item is of lesser value, you will receive store credit for the difference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Exchange shipping costs are handled as follows: customers cover return shipping; ALIZCE USA covers outbound shipping for the exchange item (standard shipping only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    9. Gifts<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                    If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to a recipient, the gift recipient may return the item in accordance with this Policy. The refund will be issued as store credit (not to the original payment method) unless the original purchaser requests otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    10. Fraud Prevention<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                    ALIZCE USA reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds, or to limit return privileges, if we reasonably suspect abuse of this policy or fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive returns, return of items not purchased from ALIZCE USA, or return of used\/opened items represented as unused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    11. California Consumer Protections<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                    Your rights under this Policy are in addition to\u2014and do not limit\u2014any rights you have under California law, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • California Civil Code \u00a7 1723: Requires disclosure of refund\/return policies for retail sellers. If we fail to clearly display our policy, you may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA): Protects against deceptive trade practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • California Unfair Competition Law (UCL), Business & Professions Code \u00a7 17200: Prohibits unfair business practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Federal “Cooling-Off” Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 429): For sales made at temporary retail locations, door-to-door, or other qualifying locations, you may have 3 business days to cancel (this rule does not apply to most online purchases).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      12. Policy Updates<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

                      ALIZCE USA reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Reviewed” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your return\/refund rights, except where a change is required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
